About Me

I'm a numbers wonk. If it's quantifiable, I'm there. I like to focus my efforts on politics and soccer, but if some other topic captures my interest, I'll probably find a way to assess it using numbers. I love the difficulty of trying to create a system to objectively analyze things that are typically forgotten or only given a subjective analysis.

I'm pragmatic. When I'm analyzing any piece of data, I put my expectations and wishes aside and focus solely on the data and its meaning. I may be a big Real Salt Lake fan and a political liberal, but when I'm looking at data, I'm a mathematician.
